What kind of photo should I send?
One clear photo with decent light, showing your pet’s whole body, facing the camera or in profile. If the photo won’t work well we’ll email you before making anything.
Does it really get cut into my pet’s shape?
Yes. We remove the background from your photo and cut the pillow along your pet’s own silhouette — it is not a square photo cushion.
Which size should I pick?
Medium (12in / 30cm) is the most popular and the easiest to cuddle. Mini (4in) is a small keepsake for a shelf or bag, and Jumbo (20in) is a full-size companion.
Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
We ship worldwide, and it’s a flat $7.99 per order — the same wherever you are, whatever size you choose and however many pillows you order.
Can I order one for a dog, rabbit or other pet?
Absolutely. Cats and dogs are the most common, but any pet with a clear photo works.
How long does it take?
Every pillow is made to order from your photo, so please allow extra time for crafting before it ships. You’ll get tracking as soon as it’s on its way.
